Mr. Marshall is a native of Memphis, TN. He grew up in the urban part of town and was reared in a single-parent home, without his father.

Mr. Marshall has a vast knowledge of experience where his grassroots effort goes deep in guiding males in the inner-city areas to a quality life, of enriching values based on the Word of God.
